Meet the Artist
Amy Chiniara
Amy Chiniara, born in Florida in 1992, graduated from the Academie libanaise des beaux-arts (ALBA) in 2018 with a master's in 'Illustration et bandes dessinée'. Based in Beirut, she has worked for seven years as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, creating visuals for musicians, poster designs for films and festivals, editorial illustrations, and branding. She also curated an exhibition of political illustrations at Al Madina Theatre and translated the graphic novel Inside the Giant Fish into English. She is currently illustrating a book on Lebanese crafts and artisans.
