Sarah Sinno

Sarah Sinno, born in 1989 in Beirut, Lebanon, is an environmental advocate, researcher, and founder of the Earth Preservation Project, dedicated to raising awareness about environmental issues through an anti-colonial and anti-capitalist lens. Her work focuses on the intersection of environmentalism, justice, and decolonization. Upon returning to Lebanon, she was deeply impacted by the devastation of its natural resources and took action, starting with rescuing stray animals. Through the Earth Preservation Project, she organizes workshops, publishes articles, and is working on a short film about southern Lebanese communities' relationship with their land.
